DAY 1 Tokyo

Upon arrival in exciting Tokyo, transfer to your hotel and get settled before stepping out to explore the city on your own. Tokyo is a sprawling metropolis that offers something for any visitor—old shrines and traditional restaurants to the neon glitz and glamour. (Overnight in Tokyo)

DAY 2 Tokyo

Today’s full day tour of the city begins in the old town of Asakusa. Visit Sensoji (Tokyo’s oldest temple) and stroll down the shopping street of Nakamise. Up next? Relax as you travel down the Sumidagawa River on a water bus to Hamarikyu Gardens. Finally, visit Meiji Shrine and the tree-lined street of Omotesando. Spend the evening discovering some hidden gems of the city on you own. (Overnight in Tokyo) B

DAY 3 Tokyo

Following breakfast this morning, embark on a tour of outer Tsukiji Market. Spend some time wandering through the vast seafood section and produce areas. Spend the afternoon at your leisure checking out any sights of interest or get off the beaten path. (Overnight in Tokyo) B

DAY 4 Tokyo To Hakone

Travel onboard the world-famous Shinkansen bullet train from Tokyo to Hakone after enjoying breakfast. Because its easily accessible from Tokyo, Hakone is a very popular destination for those looking to unwind from the busy city. Relax while taking in spectacular view of Mt. Fuji and Lake Ashi. DAY 5 Hakone To Kyoto

Enjoy breakfast then board your train from Hakone to the ancient city of Kyoto. In the afternoon, choose from a variety of cultural experiences, including a tea ceremony, flower arrangement, calligraphy, or an origami class. The evening is free for you to explore on your own. DAY 6 Kyoto

Today’s guided tour will take you on a full day adventure of the city. Highlights include: Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion), Nijo Castle, and Nishiki Market. Wrap up your tour with a visit to either Kiyomizu Temple or Sanusangendo temple. (Overnight in Kyoto) B

DAY 7 Day Trip To Nara And Fushimi

Travel directly to Nara by train for your full day tour and visit Todaiji Temple, Kasuga Taisha, and Nara Park (famous for its tame deer). Later, spend some time at Fushimi Inari Shrine and marvel at its red torii gates. Following your tour, return to Kyoto and spend the evening on your own. (Overnight in Kyoto) B

DAY 8 Kyoto To Osaka

Travel by train to Osaka, located in the Kansai region (the heart of Japan). This is where Japanese culture originated. It’s famous for both its cuisine and shopping experiences. Once you arrive, spend the day at your leisure getting to know the city. In the evening, you’ll embark on a guided food tour of Dotonbori, a famous pedestrian-only restaurant street. DAY 9 Osaka

With an entire day and night to explore on your own, there’s no telling what you’ll discover. Make sure to visit the Osaka Castle, Umeda Sky Building, Abeno Harukas, and the fascinating old markets and restaurant district along the side streets surrounding the Tsutenkaku Tower. DAY 10 Your Journey Ends In Osaka

Enjoy your breakfast this morning then transfer to the Kansai International Airport for your flight. B
